Indonesia and ICAO jointly established the Developing Countries Training Programme (DCTP) in 2021. Sponsored by the Indonesia Government and administered by the ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau, the DCTP provides fellowships for specialized training programs conducted by the Agency of Human Resources Development On Transportation (AHRDT).
